Then you’ll cover the best environment in which to use a water fire extinguisher, how to use a water fire extinguisher, and when not to use a water fire extinguisher.

These pieces of knowledge will be repeated across foam fire extinguishers, dry power fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and wet chemical fire extinguishers.

For each type of fire extinguishers, you’ll be given the knowledge to understand when best to use them, how to use them, and when you should definitely not use them.

How long will it take to complete this course and how will I be assessed?

Students taking this Fire Extinguisher online training usually complete the course in just 25 minutes.

The course is completed entirely online, so they can do it from either their workplace or the comfort of their own home.

After completing each of the modules within the course, students will face a multiple choice test.

Students scoring at least 70% in the first two modules, and 100% in the final module, pass the course and are issued with a certificate of achievement.
