How long will it take to complete this course and how will I be assessed?
This negotiation skills training programme takes only 45 minutes to complete, making it simple to slot into a working week for existing staff or build into your induction process for new recruits.
There are four modules in the course, with a multiple choice test at the end of each.
To receive their certificates of achievement, students needs to pass all four tests with a score of at least 70%.
