Food Safety

At UK Online Training we offer a variety of online food safety courses to suit different requirements.

We have courses in food safety and hygiene ranging from level 1 right through to level 5.

All of our food safety and hygiene courses are approved by CPD.

These online courses are aimed at those people working in catering, hospitality and manufacturing who handle food as part of their job, or those who manage or supervise staff handling food.

There are strict regulations surrounding food hygiene that caterers and food establishments must adhere to.

Food allergies are also more prominent than ever before in society, so caterers and food manufacturers need to have a good understanding of this issue and the law surrounding this topic.

Employers have overall responsibility for ensuring that staff receive the appropriate training in food hygiene and safety.

Each of our food safety courses can be completed 100% online at a time to suit you and you can study them at your own pace.

You can learn on any device such as your PC/Laptop, mobile phone or tablet, and therefore be able study anywhere that is convenient for you.

Most people complete our short online courses in just over an hour in total.

Complete the training on the same day, or spread it out over a few days to fit in with your busy lifestyle.

Once you have completed a food safety course, you will receive your certificate of completion on the same day.
